We charge private pay the same rate as families on subsidized programs.

A non-refundable registration fee of $140.00 is required when the child is accepted into the school.

Families enter into an admission agreement with the school at the time of enrollment. The admission agreement states your tuition fee. This agreement, along with a monthly note on the school calendar, serves as your reminder to pay.  No monthly statement will be sent. Receipts will be issued upon request. Full tuition is due by the first (1st) of the month, prior to the child's attendance.

The tuition is computed on a yearly basis and then divided into monthly payments. All school scheduled days off (see calendar of holidays) have been figured into the yearly fee. Tuition is based on the actual costs of operating the center divided by the number of children enrolled in a variety of programs.

Delinquent tuition payments will be assessed a $15.00 late charge after the 5th of the month. Delinquent payments of 60 days, or repetitive delinquent monthly payments, without prior approval of the administrative staff, may result in the suspension of enrolled child(ren).

There are no make-up days or refunds given for holidays or absences. If a prolonged illness or emergency should arise, the Director must be notified to consider a credit. While it is intended that these terms and fees remain unchanged during a full school year, St. John's Children's Center, with the approval of the Board of Directors, may amend these terms or fees with written notice to parents of enrolled children up to 30 days prior to the increase.

St. John's provides tuition assistance to desiring families with demonstrated financial need. Families must apply through an intermediate agency before the school year begins and award amounts are based on the information determined through this agency. Families desiring financial assistance for their child to attend St. John's Children's Center are encouraged to apply online prior to the year of attendance. A one month notice is required upon withdrawal from the Children's Center. If no written notice is given, there will be a charge of one month tuition after withdrawal.
